May be put bothering problems as solved in a corner where they belong. If the solution is true, they will never come back to bother you again.

We are a product of a long existing development and we carry, known or unknown, many tiny leftovers of our previous appearance in this world from the beginning of the first spark which we call live. Live in bacteria, live in plant, live in animal or even live in a leaves of a tree which fall down to ground in huge amounts every year and die. No, not die, they change the shape of their existence and they will be part of new growth. Do they have sprits too? Those leaves which die?

Yes, but not so much and complicated as we human beings do. We are different. We are , most of us, individual beings, some might still be part of a herd of animals, behaving like the lemmings, running on command after a leader without any doubts that this is the right way. But those, who are driven to find their own path in the spiritual world, the true individuals, they might be happy to have an idea where to go.

The old shamans where the first to search ways in this exciting world. Their knowledge can be read in many book nowadays and it can only be recommended to find some oft them and read them. 

Since the author is not a friend of books who tell the reader you should do this or you should do that and if you don’t you are condemned to eternal pain and so forth, he just describes  a imagined story and the reader is free to laugh about or to wonder, if there is a little piece of truth in it. May be he finds a practical way to deal with his personal problems.

But the reader is warned: Every human being is something very unique, and there is not one way only, which will fit as recipe, for more than one person. But samples can help on the search fort his own right way. The books shows samples only. Don’t walk the same path, find your own. Ask the spirits for help. Spirits, willing to help you, from the animal and the plant-world, if you ask them and accept them. Listen to them. Now, listen what happened 13000 years ago.
